Kristina's chestnut brown hair and brown eyes complement nicely against the earth tones and hues of this background.

Another great shot - the background in this shot I think is perfect and coupled with the lighting which you've also done a great job of exudes warmth in this photo which contrasts nicely against the clothes that your subject's winter clothes.

Again - only a few minor points from me.  The negative space on the left is probably not needed, particularly given your model is looking in the opposite direction.  I'd suggest a portrait crop to really zoom in on your model. 

The other is that there is a single hair that falls between your subject's eyes that is a touch distracting, particularly given that you've captured her eyes so well.  It just sits there in between the two and draws attention away from them.  You should be able to touch it up in a Adobe or Picasa or some other photo editing program.
